In the fitness section of the club we offer two gym areas including a weight room and a cardio room. There are free weights, treadmills, elipticals, stationary, spin, recumbent bikes and stair-climbers.

*ages 12 and under are not permitted to use the weight room or cardio room

All of the Fitness Classes are included with membership: These classes include yoga, kettle ball and fitness.
