Club Executive
Our Club is managed by two separate volunteer Board of Directors. Board Members terms are two years in length with a maximum of three terms. Elections are made each year at the Annual General Meeting which takes place in August. If you are interested in serving on a Board or have questions about the boards, please contact us for more information.
The CDCRC (Campbellford and District Curling and Racquet Club) Board is responsible for the management and control of the the building and its facilities, its safety and security. It is also responsible for facility rentals, bar functions, fundraising activities, bonspiels and ice maintenance. It ensures all activities support its charitable status.
Meyers Sports Club Board is responsible for collecting membership fees, scheduling sports activities and special events to encourage community participation in curling, racquet sports and physical fitness.

Responsible for all matters pertaining to the overall fundraising and grant opportunities for the club.

Responsible for all matters pertaining to the overall operation of the club and facility.

Meyers Sports Committees
Curling
Responsible for all matters pertaining to curling, including in-house leagues, communications and inter-bonspiels. Liaison between Meyers Board and curling membership.

Cornhole
In-house committee to oversee matters pertaining to the summer cornhole league. Advise the Board of new opportunities, financial matters, advertising and membership.

Finance
In-house committee to oversee all sports-related financial matters. Advise the Board of new opportunities and financial matters.

Governance
Review and recommend by-laws, rules, regulations and policies to the Board. Create Directors' and Members handbooks. Recruit future Board members.

Joint Boards
Marketing & Communications
Make recommendations to the board regarding Marketing & Communications methods and techniques for the Club, including social media, website, newsletter and other platforms. Plan and implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
