Fitness Classes

We have great leaders to ensure you have a safe and productive workout. Stay tuned for additional information on fitness class schedules and leader availability.

  • Kettlebell class keeps swinging Monday nights at 6-7pm with instructor Alec Dewdney. Get a total body experience that includes cardio, strength and flexibilty. Alec's email is: alec.dewdney@gmail.com
  • Yoga on Tuesdays, from 5-6pm. For further information please contact certified instructor Lisa Le Blanc via email or at 705-559-2978.
  • Live Better at Any Age! with a Senior Fitness Class - Wednesday mornings at 11am. (Classes resume in September) Cost is $5/members and $15/non-members. See further details here.

  • Most classes are included in your membership. 
  • Non-members are welcome at a cost of just $15 per class.
  • Non-members please sign in.
