We have great leaders to ensure you have a safe and productive workout. Stay tuned for additional information on fitness class schedules and leader availability.
- Kettlebell class keeps swinging Monday nights at 6-7pm. Get a total body experience that includes cardio, strength and flexibility. For further information please contact Alec Dewdney.
