National Indigenous Peoples Day - Announcement

Campbellford and District Curling and Racquet Club (CDCRC) recently passed a motion to adopt a statement of Land Acknowledgement in collaboration with local First Nation. In consultation with Koren Smoke, Cultural Advisor for Alderville First Nation, this language will be adopted for current and future use at the Club. Next steps include a use policy, a commemortive plaque and a piece of Indigenous art to be placed within the building.
